Return Policy

Well, generally speaking, there is not a return policy. We consider all sales as final.  Shipping something as heavy as lead is cost prohibitive and we would ask that you know what you want when you order it and we promise to do everything in our power to get you what you ordered correctly, not damaged and of a quality level that we are satisified with and most importantly that you are satisfied with. If you have any doubts or questions be assured we welcome your call or e-mail.

With that said, it is inevitable that something can go wrong with any area that may or may not be within our control. 

We operate this company on sound Christian principles of honesty, fair play and ethics. We believe in a principle of behavior known as "The Cowboy Way."  This principle enforces fairness and courtesy to all people.
